Federal’s simple but stylish interior transports you straight to Scandinavia. 3. Granja Petitbo

Passeig de Sant Joan has transformed into a true foodie street in recent years, and Granja Petitbo was one of the first charming spots to open here. Stepping inside feels like entering a cozy living room, complete with charming vintage furniture and comfy chairs. The restaurant isn’t very large, and it can get busy on weekends, but unfortunately, reservations aren’t possible. You can enjoy brunch here on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM.

4. Can Dendê
Must try: pancakes for a sweet craving, and four varieties of poached eggs for enthusiasts
Where: Carrer Ciutat de Granada 44 (Poblenou)
In the up-and-coming, trendy neighborhood of Poblenou, a good brunch is a must. At Can Dendê, you’ll find simple dishes with a unique twist. Everything, including the delicious jam, is freshly made. They open for brunch at 10:00 AM, but note that they are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
5. Mama’s Café
Must try: tortilla, toasties, and plenty of sweets
